Koby Haber (Israel) will resign as the national budget director in October 2007. “During the Fellowship, We decided that enough is enough and we need to make changes. That is what I plan to do!” Koby goes onto say, “Maybe I’ll be the first one to change his career after the EF 2007.” as he jokingly hints at John Wolf’s statistic of the fact that 40% of Fellows change their career after going through the EF program.
