More Photos from the “Trip to India”

The Brazilians went to India and they are sparingly parting with the wonderful photographs they took there. Here are some more that Keila Knobel (Spouse to Marcelo Knobel, EF MNP 2007) -
There is no greater measure of success for a program like the fellowship when people from different backgrounds, fields and continents meet
one another again, despite the time lag after an actual event. To sit and listen to the
stories of how Ratish and Marcelo had a Brazilian drink together or how Mandira and Keila
laughed and joked about their work lives and past memories, to me, is significant. It’s symbolic. This is more than about 4 people getting together. It’s more about bringing people, thoughts, ideas and countries closer.
We’re all envious of the trip but know that each of us who made up the Eisenhower Fellowships Multi Nation Program 2007, were well represented at this reunion! Thanks guys!

Great to see more pictures - even though i have copies of them all - it was wonderful to have Marcello and Keila here, should send pictures of Keila and I doing Yoga - even the Yoga instructor has been asking about when she will be back!
Things hae been so hectic with this new project that I have not even had a chace to reload skype - as i dont remember the password which changed once Marcello/Keila used their connection! lol!
Pity Marcello was hardly with us but am so glad they were able to make it to see the Taj and Madira met some Brazilians yesterday and thought it was a sign for us to get to Brazil!!
lots of love to everyone
r
Ratish! So that is why you are not in Skype any more!! Sorry for that!! We have disconnected you from Skype!!
The days in India were simply wonderful… We have very nice memories, and we just finished the album of pictures, and we look at them everyday. The teacher from our son Ivan asked us to give a “talk” about India for his friends… So, you can see the multiplication of our wonderful experiences. Keila bought a book for children of Indian Mythological Stories, and he simply LOVES them. So he knows a lot more about this wonderful culture!
Best regards to everyone…
Marcelo
PS. We are now planning a family trip to Chile in January. We will meet with Roberto, Andrea and their family there.
