Emine and Koby in Israel!
Author admin | 28.01.2008 | Category Israel, Reunions, The Netherlands
Back from Israel/Palestine! Had a tremendous interesting trip, which started with a VIP
treatment (think Roberto;-)… but finally felt most welcomed by Koby. The next day we were able to reconnect, and made a trip with the family and his beautiful wife and kids. Unfortunately it was impossible to meet up with Wafa, due to logistical and technical restraints. So no PIN reunion, but a IN reunion.

Ratish has been good enough to send across BEFORE I hounded him down… Though guys? We ARE waiting for details!!!
Have a SAFE reunion (and shopping trip!!) and don’t have TOO much fun because we DO know that where we have THIS gang, is where ALL the fun is happening! ![]()

Back to Brazil
Author marcelo | 16.10.2007 | Category Brazil, India, Reunions
Dear friends,
We just came back from our long trip to India. The trip was fantastic, and it opened a completely new world for us. We came from another culture, and it is a completely new to experience the amazing cultural diversity and heritage that there is in this wonderful country. Also, the hospitality, the food and the shops (Keila says!) were wonderful ingredients to enjoy the visit.
Finally, we would like to express our gratitude to our fantastic guests, Mandira and Ratish, who made everything to make our visit safe and perfect. We gurantee you that we felt absolutely like at home in their house, which is the best place to stay in Delhi, a truly 6-star hotel!

Garib Meets Ginger!
Author admin | 16.10.2007 | Category Pakistan, Reunions, Reunions, USA Fellow
Whilst walking around aimlessly through the streets of Chicago, I DID happen to remember to let Suzanne Ginger know that I JUST MIGHT be sitting in a Starbucks out in the Naperville area… She was GREAT about driving out and meeting with me! Yay! Here’s a photograph (like the proof we need to know that this meeting actually happened!)
Tim Cahill Meets with Me!
Author admin | 13.10.2007 | Category Pakistan, Reunions, USA Fellow
State Treasurer for Massachusetts and USA Fellow to India and Ireland, was great about meeting me at short notice, while I was on my way to the airport. We sat and chatted for about 45 minutes and discussed possible collaborative ideas and well, just had a wonderful time. Whilst welcoming me into his office, he smiles and says, “Well, it’s the least I can do for an Eisenhower Fellow!” Thank you Treasurer Cahill and wish you all the very best!
Knobel’s Go Indian!
Author admin | 04.10.2007 | Category Brazil, India, Reunions
And so the Brazillians continue their adventures in New Delhi - Marcelo has rather conveniently missed out his flight and is being forced to spend another evening with the Nanda-Nayyar Family. Of course, we’re all still waiting for the updates and details but here are some photographs that we’ve managed to acquire!
Keep watching for more updates!
Brazil Goes to India!
Author admin | 01.10.2007 | Category Brazil, India, Reunions
They’ve done it! They’ve reached! The Knobels have landed in India, only to be warmly and profusely greeting by the Ratish and Mandira! Here’s the proof!
They plan on staying on for about 10 days while Marcelo tends to his hectic schedule of meetings, and the hospitable Indians try and maintain control over their guests who, are no doubt, going to want to get Ratish’s reference for eating out, and Mandira’s help in understanding the crazy world of journalism India.
Stay tuned for more updates right here!
